Senior Project Engineer
Must have a working knowledge of Federal (including Department of Energy Orders), State, and Local codes and standards applicable to engineering design.
Manage and oversee the day to day generation of engineering deliverables on multiple projects with conflicting deadlines.
Generate engineering work plans, develop cost estimates with input, monitor cost and schedule performance, and interact professionally with project stakeholders.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline or related field experience with a minimum of 10 years of professional project engineering/project management experience that provided a thorough knowledge of codes, principles, practices, and techniques of project management as related to facility management and operations type projects.
Current PMP certification considered a plus.
One (1) year from the date of award with the option to extend for one (1) year period.
Candidates should expect up to 100% travel, dependent upon candidate’s location. This position fulfills a staff augmentation contract at the client's site.
Preferred, but not required.
A 40-hour work week is schedule. Each workday has a 30-minute lunch break (unpaid). Overtime may be required as necessary.
